A product for sealing absorbent surfaces. A one pack pre-mixed solution of highest quality acrylic co-polymers to provide a tough durable basecoat for the application of D45.

When used on concrete and cement D17 connects with silicates acting as an advanced chemical bond. Use as a key coat on masonry surfaces, brickwork, marble, stone, aluminium, stainless steel, plastics, etc.

When pigmented and thickened D17 can be used as a topcoat for porous surfaces offering a lower cost option to D45.

D17 also maintains the inherent strengths of Exceptional Bonding Capabilities, Ultraviolet Insensitivity, Thermal Stability and Permeability.
